At HoneyVine Stitch Co., every piece is handmade with love and care. Because our products are created in small batches, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

 


🕊 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your item’s delivery date.


 

Return Type

Eligible returns are issued as store credit to use toward future purchases.

Cash refunds are only offered if your order arrives defective or incorrect due to our error.

 


🧵 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Customer must contact us prior to returning an item for approval.


 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized orders (unless an error was made on our part)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

 


💌 Defective or Incorrect Orders

If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, please email us at contact@HoneyVineStitchCo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

 


Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Store credit or refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or as a store gift card.
